Drum Lessons

With schools canceling their music programs, parents are looking for alternatives on music education for their children. I take your music education seriously but teach you how to have fun with it. I look at it more as being a drum mentor rather than a drum instructor.

For beginners, I can have you playing rhythms and fills in about an hour. I can teach you all of the basics from set-up, tuning, care and maintenance, rudiments, warm-ups, grip styles and more as well as the business side of it from gigging, auditions, press kits, promoting and marketing. For seasoned players, I have tried and true techniques you would benefit from like the X-Factor, 16th Note Math, Brain Division, Body Division and Groove Reversals.

I instruct from my personal studio on a one-on-one basis. Lessons are $25.00/hour and $20.00/half hour. I also offer special monthly packages. Ask me about my Academic Rewards Program!

- 1 hour every week is $100 a month but if it is paid in advance it is $80 which saves you $20.
- 1 hour every 2 weeks is $50 a month but if it is paid in advance it is $45 which saves you $5.
- Half-hour every week is $80 a month but if it is paid in advance it is $60 which saves you $20.
- Half-hour every 2 weeks is $40 a month but if it is paid in advance it is $35 which saves you $5.

All monthly packages receive my interactive instructional CD, "Paradiddle Perfection", for FREE and if the month has a 5th week, it's FREE too!

Drum Instruction Disclaimer

1. Packages are non-refundable.
2. A $10.00 "no call" fee is added for failure to cancel or reschedule the lesson.
3. If I cancel a lesson and it cannot be rescheduled within that same month, I will carry that lesson over to the next month free of charge.
4. If the student cancels the lesson, it has to be rescheduled within that same month. It cannot be carried over into the next month.
5. No discount will be given for canceled lessons or for failure to reschedule a lesson.
6. Each student will receive, free of charge, my instructional manual, "Paradiddle Perfection" on an interactive CD.
